Centralize network operations
In multi-site environments, network operations are often spread across several consoles, spreadsheets, scripts and procedures. ICS NetOps brings these tasks together in one workspace to make recurring operations easier to execute and track.
The software organizes sites and network devices in a centralized technical database, then provides modules for discovery, configuration backup, log analysis, MAC address search, VLAN operations and configuration generation.
Built for multi-vendor switch environments
ICS NetOps supports D-Link, HP/Aruba and Cisco environments. Connection methods and command syntax can vary between switch generations, so the application applies device-specific logic while presenting a more consistent workflow to the operator.
This makes it easier to work across a heterogeneous network estate while retaining per-device results and exportable reports.
Operational NetOps capabilities
Enhanced network scanning identifies switches and retrieves hostname, model, AssetTag and hardware MAC address. Backup modules collect configurations, while log analysis can highlight loops, broadcasts, CRC errors, link flaps, PoE, STP or LACP events.
MAC search helps locate endpoints. VLAN modules support retrieving existing structures, converting selected legacy layouts and preparing deployments. Configuration generation produces CFG files or CLI commands from templates and network parameters.
